We want you to love your Tramcar gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may return eligible apparel and merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at hello@tramcarspirits.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions and a shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@tramcarspirits.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Final sale
Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discount may not be eligible for return or exchange. Eligibility will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
